Eat to Win Health Coaching - About Angela Taylor
My interest in Sport Nutrition had its genesis in my childhood pursuit of competitive figure skating. Back then I knew very little about the science of nutrition and would often eat donuts before 5:00am practice. I would run out of steam in my long program. I'll always wonder: if I knew then what I know now, how much further my skating career could have taken me.
Flash forward 30 years to 2017. I'm now 46 years old, and fitter than ever. I eat a gluten-free, paleo diet. I utilize intermittent fasting combined with a ketogenic approach to maintain lean body mass, high energy levels, and sharp mental focus. My daily regime consists of 9 hours sleep, pilates reformer, and power plate vibrational training. I've been coffee-free for a decade, and I've recovered from a bout with Lyme disease. I take no prescription medications whatsoever.
My Training
I hold 3 degrees from Johns Hopkins University, as well as training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and BioIndividual Advanced Nutrition.
